What will I do? Teach and assist participants; in developing Power Statements in Common Ground Health Report, in identifying and using Personal Medicine, in using Decisional Aid Worksheets, and in completing Common Ground Report.
Collaborate with other mental health center staff to advocate and facilitate participant's goal attainment.
Utilize specific interventions designed to assist participants in meeting his/her recovery goals.
Other functions and duties as assigned.
What will I need? High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) E.
